Saved Views let you store any filter combination from the Draftt inventory as a named view for quick access. Views are private by default and can be shared with your organization when needed.

Creating a View

  1. Open the Inventory and apply the filters you want to save (technology, account, tags, policy, owner, etc.)
  2. Click Save View and give it a descriptive name
  3. The view appears in your sidebar under Views for quick access

Sharing Views

To share a view with your organization, open the view and click Share. Once shared, other team members can access it from their sidebar. This is useful for aligning teams around a common scope, such as a view scoped to a specific team’s resources or a view tracking a specific compliance policy.

Managing Views

Go to Inventory > Views to rename, edit filters, or delete existing views.
